That’s a wrap!

That’s a wrap!

As another year draws to an end, I’ve been feeling somewhat reflective. I’ve been reflecting on who I’ve worked with, both in a one on one capacity and a more collaborate way.. and gosh, I’ve been so privileged to be a part of so many wonderful events in 2022!

Here are some of the awesome organisations, businesses, groups and individuals I had the absolute pleasure of working with this year..

  • Wilmot Cattle Co – even though I got stuck in Sydney, we made it work! Very grateful to speak about natural capital from a human health perspective.
  • Carers ACT – thank you for inviting me to host another 6 webinars this year, and thanks for all you do.
  • Joy from Off The Track Training and I presented at the Aminya Pastoral Managers 2 Day Event and did a great session for Catholic Education QLD – thanks for having us!
  • Rosslyn Bay Yoga and Wellness Centre – thank you so much for inviting me to speak at 3 amazing events this year. Ross and the team put their heart and soul into these events and consequently, they’re always so fantastic.
  • Here in CQ, I hosted two workshops with the amazing Liz from Soltree Wholefoods, was great to see so many familiar faces at these events (This ‘kitchen remedies’ workshop is also available as an online course for those who couldn’t make it).
  • Thanks to TVF Pastoral / JHF & Son / Strathbogie for the invite to be involved in the 2 day event you put on for your staff. Legends!
  • A huge thanks to the WHOLE team at Earth Canvas for extending the invite to speak at the National Museum in Canberra this year. A truly unforgettable event (and one that I’m still pinching myself over)
  • Big thanks also to Alix Mace and Gabby from Revitalising Health for the podcast invites. Love what both of you are doing.
  • Last but not least, I had absolute honour of being a part of the Regen Insiders Masterclass series with Fred Provenza and hosting a session with this incredibile group.

In Autumn I also ran another Regeneration Program with a really wonderful group of women. Based on the feedback, it was a huge success and I’m so looking forward to doing this again with a new group next year.

“Thank you Stacey for this brilliant program, I could feel your heart, soul and passion through every video, presentation, comment and chat.” – Karin (2022 Regen program member)

This year I’ve also continued to be mentored by some of the best in the biz. A big shout out especially goes to the incredible Rachel Arthur for sharing her wisdom and genius so generously.

On a personal note, having lost a loved one very recently, I’ve also been reflecting on how important it is to celebrate every single birthday because even the “unimportant” ones matter. The loss of a loved one also strengthens my resolve to continue to enhance my own nutritional, diagnostic and physiological literacy, as well as find more ways to compassionately and collaboratively share this information with those who are also open to growth and learning. As the saying goes, we grow through what we go through.

So, to those of you reading this who I’ve had the pleasure of working with this year, thank you for being open to the learning and growth that inevitably comes with life’s challenges and health hurdles (and to those of you who simply follow along my blog – thanks for reading! I hope you’ve learned something new or interesting in the process).

Bottom Line

I’ll be having a little break over the festive period to charge the batteries and am looking forward to what 2023 will bring! I’ll also have a new online booking system up and running very soon (stay tuned), and if you’re interested in being a part of the next Regeneration Program, please let me know ASAP so I can secure your spot.

Merry Christmas everyone… may it be filled with love, laughter, rejuvination, great company and lots of delicious nourishing food.

Until next time,

Stacey.
