All consultations are prepaid at the time of booking.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with adequate notice are eligible for a full refund or can be transferred to a new booking time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, will result in the consultation fee being forfeited.
