A RECIPE FOR LONG-LASTING CHANGE

Servings: 1. 

Cooking time: Infinite

Ingredients:

  • Self-belief

  • Curiosity

  • Attentiveness

  • Observation

  • Patience

  • Persistence

Method:

  1. To your health goals, add one full cup of self-belief.

  2. Then add plenty of curiosity and learning to the mix. Stir well.

  3. After this, add a few tablespoons of attentiveness. Observation/ attentivenesss is an important step not to miss.

  4. Finally, add a few cups of both patience and persistence. Remember, all good recipes have time as an essential ingredient.

  5. Rest for at least 7 hours/day.

NOTES: This recipe works best coupled with liberal doses of support, nature, movement and nourishing wholefoods. This recipe is also FREE FROM perfectionism, self-judgement, guilt and comparisons.
