Attentiveness
Observation
Patience
Persistence
Method:
To your health goals, add one full cup of self-belief.
Then add plenty of curiosity and learning to the mix. Stir well.
After this, add a few tablespoons of attentiveness. Observation/ attentivenesss is an important step not to miss.
Finally, add a few cups of both patience and persistence. Remember, all good recipes have time as an essential ingredient.
Rest for at least 7 hours/day.
